Capitol Baptist Youth Ministry - "Rooted in Christ"
The youth group of Capitol Baptist Church is a ministry focused on teaching and equipping young people to become the next leaders of our church. We believe that it is vitally important for the next generation to know why they go to church and why they believe what they believe.
Our theme for our youth group, "Rooted in Christ," is taken from Colossians 2:6-7, "As ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in him: Rooted and built up in him, and stablished in the faith, as ye have been taught..." Young Christians must be rooted in Christ deeply so they can withstand in difficult times.
At Capitol Baptist Church, we strive to see our young people rooted and built up in Christ. We are thrilled that many of our teenagers are actively serving the Lord in our church. The Lord has blessed us with many fine young people, and we count it a privilege to have a part in influencing their lives for the Lord Jesus Christ.

Weekly Sunday School - Sundays at 9:45 AM
Every Sunday morning, we have Sunday school for our young people.
Teen Sunday school classes are split into two classes: 7th-8th grades and 9th-12th grades.
Youth Activities
Scheduled activities give an opportunity for Christian fellowship with other young people.
Annual Youth Camp
Besides getting away and having a fun time with other young people,
this week focuses on God's Word through preaching and devotional times.
