Coronavirus (COVID-19) Reopening Plan - Phase Two
On Monday, June 15, 2020, Delaware entered Phase 2 of its reopening. As seasons change, restrictions continue to change, and we are doing our best to monitor them and keep our church family safe as they attend church. Current restrictions, as they are announced by the governor, can be found here.

Capitol Baptist Church
Effective Wednesday, June 17, 2020, all Capitol Baptist Church services are open to all of our church family.
If you are still uncomfortable with attending in person, you may continue to watch via livestream.
Sunday services are at 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Wednesday services are at 7:00 PM.

Sunday School - 9:45 AM
On Sunday, October 18, 2020, we resumed our bus ministry (following appropriate guidelines)
and expanded our Sunday school classes to accommodate the increased attendance.

Junior Church - 11:00 AM
On Sunday, October 18, 2020, we expanded our junior church program to accommodate our bus riders.

Please know that we are required to post signage at each public entrance which states the following:
- Do not enter if you have symptoms of COVID-19 or if you have been exposed to anyone who has tested positive with COVID-19 in the past fourteen (14) days;
- Individuals kindergarten age and up are required to wear a cloth face covering in accordance with the Twenty-Seventh Modification;
- At all times, individuals who are not part of the same household are expected to remain at least six (6) feet apart to the greatest extent possible and are encouraged to maintain greater physical distance whenever possible; and
- Proper hand washing and frequent use of hand sanitizer is encouraged.
